Abstract
A parking lock () of a transmission comprises a parking lock wheel () that is rotationally fixed relative to a shaft () and a locking ring () that is rotationally fixed relative to a housing (), the locking ring () can be displaced axially into a positive locked connection with the parking lock wheel () by an engaging element () and can be released from the locked connection by a hydraulically actuated release element ().
