Abstract

The present invention relates to a concentrate of vegetable extracts, has green-tea, grape-skin extract, and grape-seed extract. The concentrate of the invention can be used for the production of beverages having, despite a high polyphenol content, a low degree of bitterness acceptable to the consumer. The present invention further relates to a process for the production of said concentrate.
