Abstract

An electrical connector () includes a dielectric housing () defining a passageway (), an electrical contact () moveably received in the passageway and defining a first and a second ends (), a biasing spring () arranged in the housing to abut against the first end of the contact and an actuator () coupled with the second end of the contact. The actuator applies a force to the contact so as to move the first and the second ends of the contact.
