Abstract
Device to produce ice-cream wherein there is an outer container (), a cover (), an inner container (), a mixing blade () including a scraper fin (), and an evaporator coil () located in cooperation with the bottom () of the inner container () through at least a contact surface (). The mixing blade () is subjected to an axial thrust which keeps the scraper fin () pressed elastically at least on part of the bottom () of the inner container ().
