Rare earth metal containing compounds of the general formula Sr RESbO , wherein RE is a rare earth metal, have been prepared with high critical temperature thin film superconductor strucutures, and can be used in other ferroelectrics, pyroelectrics, piezoelectrics, and hybrid device structures.
