Abstract
The present invention provides a method for preparing a novel low-resistance p-type SrTiO capable of opening the way for oxide electronics in combination with an already developed low-resistance n-type SrTiO . The method is characterized in that an acceptor and a donor are co-doped into a perovskite-type transition-metal oxide SrTiO during crystal growth.
