Abstract
Two rods and disposed in parallel to each other are supported through hydrostatic bearings and on a main body block one end portions of the rods project from opposite faces facing each other of the main body block, and the projecting ends of the rods and projecting from the main body block are respectively fixed to both and of a table surrounding the main body block including the opposite face sides from which the rods project.
