Abstract
A capacitor having a ceramic dielectric and at least two electrodes, in which the dielectric is essentially a dielectric ceramic composition of a barium-calcium-manganese-zirconium-titanate having the general formula (Ba Ca ) O with 0<a≦0.25, 0<b≦0.015, 0.001≦c≦0.01, 0.005≦d≦0.02, 0<x≦0.20, 1.001≦y≦1.014, 0.0005≦z≦0.03 and is characterized by a high capacitance, small dimensions and a long lifetime.
