Abstract
In an electronic component feeding device which comprises a component carrier tape wound around a reel, on which electronic components are accommodated in cavities formed on a support tape whose surface is covered by a removable top tape, a reel guide is pivotally mounted, which has a U-shaped cross section that resembles a hook, an open end of the hooked part being formed at a fixed angle &thgr;, and which holds the reel when engaged with an outer peripheral edge of the reel.
