Abstract
A heat resisting adhesive composition for electronic parts and adhesive tapes of the present invention comprises a resin mixture of (A) 100 parts by weight of a polyimide comprising 100-30% by mol of at least one of the repeating units represented by the following formulas (1a) and (1b) and 0-70% by mol of at least one of the repeating unit represented by the following formulas (2a) and (2b) and (B) 5-150 parts by weight of a polyimide consisting of the repeating unit represented by the following formula (2a):
