Abstract

A radiation-curable composition for optical fiber coatings comprising about 10 wt. % to about 90 wt. % of at least one radiation-curable oligomer (A), about 10 wt. % to about 90 wt. % of at least one radiation-curable monomer diluent (B), and an effective amount of at least one photoinitiator (C) represented by formula (1): ##STR1## wherein Ar.sup.1 to Ar.sup.3 are aromatic groups which may have one or more substitution groups.
