Abstract

Peptides are administered to individuals suffering from multiple sclerosis. The peptides contain immunodominant epitopes of myelin basic protein that are recognized by T-cells from relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis patients, and that are contained in the 84-102 and 143-168 regions of human MBP.
