Abstract
Apparatus for a 'top-down' construction technique for concrete frame buildings is described. Deck formwork assemblies for each structural concrete slab diaphragm are lowered and supported from the structural slab above the same. This support is provided by suspension rods which threadably engage attachment nuts embedded in the upper structural slab.
