Abstract
Antibodies which bind to a peptide having the sequence KENLKDCGLF, which represents the C-terminal decapeptide of the GTP-binding protein transducin-.alpha., are described. Binding to transducin-.alpha. by peptide-specific antiserum AS/7 is not affected by pertussis toxin-catalyzed ADP-ribosylation.
