Abstract
New cytotoxic quionones, designated amamitosenes and iminoazamitosenes are found to have significant activity against ovarian tumors, colon cancer, myecloma and the like neoplastic diseases. Pharmaceutical preparations and therapeutic regimens utilizing azamitosenes and iminoazamitosenes and their pharmaceutically active derivatives are disclosed.
