Abstract

Novel spergualin-related compounds represented by the general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein X represents --(CH.sub.2).sub.1-5 -- or a phenylene group which may be substituted; m represents 0, 1 or 2; n represents 1 or 2; and R.sub.1 represents --(CH.sub.2).sub.1-3 --COOH, and pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, possess an immunopotentiating activity, and are expected to be useful as immunopotentiators applicable to warm blooded animals.
