Abstract
This invention displays a screen simulating a pen drawing measured data on a recording paper when displaying the measured data on the screen. For this purpose, this invention displays the measured data on the screen by composing the content in a video memory holding the screen information similar to a recording paper and the content in a data memory storing the measured data.
