Abstract
A cephalosporin derivative represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R is an organic residue known on .beta.-lactam antibiotics and Q is a radical of ##STR2## dotted-line means a possible double bond, R.sub.1 is hydrogen or monovalent substituent, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are mono-valent substituent, respectively, a salt thereof, a process for the manufacture thereof and a pharmaceutical agent comprising same.
