Abstract
This invention relates to novel substituted derivatives of diimidazo[1,5-a:4',5'-d]pyridines and analogs thereof, which are useful for the treatment of hypertension, as well as, novel pharmaceutical compositions, methods of use, and as intermediates for preparing novel substituted derivatives of 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridine-6-carboxylic acid and analogs thereof having antihypertensive activity.
