Abstract
A light scanning apparatus for scanning with a reconstruction beam by shifting a hologram relative to the reconstruction beam, wherein scanning is possible for freely selected curves and/or straight lines with the reconstruction beam, depending upon the ratio, M, of the wavelength of the reconstruction beam to that of the coherent light beam which was used for generating the hologram.
