Abstract

The present invention provides compounds of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein Y is a hydrogen atom or an acetyl radical, R is a hydrogen atom, a straight-chained or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon radical containing up to 5 carbon atoms, which can be substituted by hydroxyl or amino groups, a phenyl radical which can be substituted by hydroxyl, amino or carboxyl groups or by alkoxycarbonyl radicals, an arylalkyl radical or a cycloalkyl radical containing 3 to 6 carbon atoms and R' is a hydrogen atom, a straight-chained or branched saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon radical containing up to 8 carbon atoms, which can be substituted by hydroxyl or amino groups, a cycloalkyl radical containing 3 to 6 carbon atoms or an arylalkyl radical; and the pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. The present invention also provides a process for the preparation of these compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
