Abstract

Described is a process for augmenting or enhancing the aroma of a dryer-added fabric softener article comprising the step of intimately admixing with the coating composition for the outer coating of said dryer-added fabric softener article an aroma augmenting or enhancing quantity of at least one tricyclic ketone having the structure: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 lower alkyl.
