Abstract
Isothiocyanobenzoxazoles are provided having the structure ##SPC1## Wherein R.sup.1 is pyridyl or pyridyl substituted with alkyl, halogen, acetoxyalkyl or dialkylaminoalkyl and R.sup.2 is hydrogen, alkyl, halogen or alkoxy are useful anthelmintic agents and disinfectants.
