Abstract
Provided is a laminated thermoelectric conversion element that improves power generation performance per unit area. A first laminate in which a P-type layer formed of a P-type thermoelectric conversion material, an N-type layer formed of an N-type thermoelectric conversion material, and a first insulating layer disposed between the P-type layer and the N-type layer are laminated, and first electrodes that electrically connect the P-type layer and the N-type layer are provided, the first laminate has a plurality of striped surfaces where end surfaces of the P-type layer, the N-type layer, and the first insulating layer are arranged and exposed in stripes, one of the striped surfaces is set for a high temperature side, a surface on the opposite side of the first striped surface is set as a low temperature side, and the first electrodes on at least one of a third striped surface.
