Abstract
Embodiments relate to a method and an apparatus for analog simulation of a circuit model. The method includes: obtaining a plurality of different environment variable values of the circuit model; obtaining delay time of each of the logic devices in the oscillator under the plurality of different environment variable values according to the plurality of environment variable values; inputting the delay time of each of the logic devices in the oscillator under the plurality of different environment variable values into the digital circuit model to perform a simulation test; obtaining frequencies of an output signal from the oscillator under the plurality of different environment variable values; and obtaining a relationship between the plurality of environment variable values and the frequencies of the output signal from the oscillator according to the frequencies of the output signal from the oscillator under the different environment variable values, to digitize the environment variable values.
