A display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes a base layer, a pixel defining layer, red pixels, green pixels, blue pixels, and spacers. The pixel defining layer is on the base layer. The pixel defining layer is formed with a plurality of openings. The red pixels, the green pixels, and the blue pixels are on the base layer. The red pixels, the green pixels, and the blue pixels each are corresponding to one of the openings. The spacers are on the pixel defining layer. The spacers each are between the green pixel and blue pixel adjacent to each other.
