Embodiments of this application provide a lens carrying device, a camera module, and an electronic device. The lens carrying device includes a base, a rotating support, a swinging support, a first flexible printed circuit board, and a second flexible printed circuit board. The base includes a first accommodation portion and a circuit board. The circuit board is located in the first accommodation portion. The rotating support is disposed in the first accommodation portion. The rotating support may be rotatably connected to the base.
