Abstract
A system and method may improve AI systems such as bots or chatbots by, for each of a plurality of chatbot transcripts, creating a summary using an LLM (large language model) to create a set of summaries; based on the set of summaries, creating a set of standardized intents, each standardized intent associated with a set of chatbot transcripts determined to be similar; for each standardized intent, generating a set of utterances provided by a user to a chatbot associated with the transcripts associated with the standardized intent; for each chatbot transcript, creating, using an LLM, a resolution summarizing the manner the intent was solved; and for each standardized intent performing one or more of: creating a project management ticket comprising a standardized intent and a set of associated resolutions and a set of associated utterances; and training a chatbot using utterances.
