Abstract
Disclosed is a grain-finished leather-like sheet including: a fiber substrate; and a resin layer stacked on one side of the fiber substrate, wherein the resin layer includes at least a skin layer, and the skin layer includes a polyurethane, a nonionic compound having an HLB value of 10 to 16, and a water-soluble polymer, and has surface free energy including a polar component of 25 to 40 mJ/mand a dispersive component of 30 to 40 mJ/m, as analyzed according to the OWRK method.
