Abstract
Provided is a multiplexer that can easily vary the passband without switching filters, and is adaptable to high-precision measurement, analysis, and testing of high-frequency signals with a simple and inexpensive structure, and a spectrum analyzer, signal analyzer, and signal generation device using the same, and a multiplexer control method. The multiplexerincludes two BPFsthat are connected in parallel between a hybrid couplerand a hybrid coupler, a BPFthat is connected to a port Pof the hybrid couplerand has a passband adjacent to a passband of the BPF, and passband variable means, andthat vary the passbands of the BPFsand the hybrid couplerwithin a range of bands forming mutually overlapping bands within a predetermined frequency range.
