Abstract
An electronic apparatus includes a first chassis and a second chassis that are relatively rotatably connected via a hinge, and includes: a flexible board extending across the first chassis and the second chassis; and a graphite sheet disposed on the flexible board, the graphite sheet together with the flexible board extending across the first chassis and the second chassis, the flexible board and the graphite sheet having a substantially S-shaped surplus length absorbing part having two folded parts curved in opposite directions inside the first and second chassis, the flexible board and the graphite sheet adhering to each other by adhesive tape over an entire length of the surplus length absorbing part.
