Abstract
A method for exchanging frames between an access point (AP) multi-link device (MILD) and a non-AP MLD, comprising: establishing a plurality of links between the AP MLD and the non-AP MLD wherein the non-AP MLD is in an eMLSR/eMLMR mode; reducing the number of links between the AP MLD and the non-AP MLD to a single link, wherein the non-AP MLD remains in the eMLSR/eMLMR mode.
