Abstract
Methods, systems, and storage media are described for Load Balancing Optimization (LBO) and Mobility Robustness Optimization (MRO) for fifth generation (5G) systems. In particular, some embodiments may be directed intra-radio access technology (RAT) energy saving scenarios while other embodiments may be directed to and inter-RAT energy saving scenarios.
