Abstract
Provided are a method and a device for processing a timing advance (TA), and a method and a device for sending indication information. One of the methods includes: in response to a first condition being satisfied, determining that a TA of a terminal is in an invalid state; where the first condition includes at least one of the followings: in response to the terminal being a stationary terminal, a TA timer times out and a change amount of a first measurement value exceeds a first threshold; or in response to the terminal being a non-stationary terminal, the TA timer times out, or the change amount of the first measurement value exceeds the first threshold, or the TA timer times out and the change amount of the first measurement value exceeds the first threshold.
