Abstract

The configuration information determination method includes determining, by a first type terminal, according to physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) configuration signaling corresponding to system information block 1 (SIB1) in a master information block (MIB) sent by a base station, configuration information of a first control resource set zero (CORESET0) corresponding to the first type terminal, where the PDCCH configuration signaling corresponding to the SIB1 in the MIB corresponds to a second CORESET0 corresponding to a second type terminal.
