Abstract
An adhesive composition contains at least a polymer and an ionic liquid. The adhesive composition includes components such that when an ionic liquid-free adhesive layer is formed of a composition composed of the components of the adhesive composition that are other than the ionic liquid among components contained in the adhesive composition, the ionic liquid-free adhesive layer has a relative permittivity of 5 or more at a frequency of 100 Hz, after being left to stand in an environment of 22° C. and 20% RH for 3 days.
