Abstract
The invention relates to a food preparation entity comprising a cavity () for receiving food () to be prepared and at least two cameras () for capturing images of the food () included in the cavity (), wherein said cameras () are positioned such that images are captured from different points of view, wherein each camera () comprises a certain field of view (), wherein immediately adjacent fields of view () of said cameras () at least partially overlap and wherein a processing entity () is provided which is configured to calculate three-dimensional information of the food () included in the cavity () based on the images provided by the cameras ().
