Abstract
A rotary dough molding machine (). The machine has a frame (), a die roller () rotatably mounted to the frame (), a knife () for scraping dough from the die roller (), the knife () extending along the die roller (), and a driver for moving the knife () between a scraping position and an inactive position, with the driver having a first drive () acting on the first end () of the knife () and a second drive () acting on the second end () of the knife (). The first drive () and the second drive () can be actuated independently of each other.
