Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for processingat an ultra high pressure, and more particularly, to a method for processingthat is capable of processing the, which is immersed and packed, at an ultra high pressure. The method for processingincludes the steps of: preparing washed; liquid-packaging theinto a pouch; and treating the liquid-packagedwith ultra-high pressure at a pressure of 550 to 600 MPa for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
