Abstract
A rotary dough molding machine (). The machine has a frame (), a die roller () and a feed roller () rotatably mounted to the frame () and an adjuster that adjusts the gap between die roller () and feed roller (), wherein one of the rollers (), is an adjustable roller, which is movable relative to the frame () by the adjuster. The adjusting has a first drive () acting on the first end () of the adjustable roller () causing a movement of said first end () in a first direction (x) transverse to the rotational axis () of the adjustable roller (), and a second drive () acting on the second end () of the adjustable roller () causing a movement of said second end () in a second direction (x') that is essentially parallel to the first direction (x). The first drive () and the second drive () can be actuated independently of each other.
