Abstract
An insulating film of the present invention includes a resin formed of polyimide, polyamide-imide, or a mixture thereof, and ceramic particles having a specific surface area of 10 m/g or more, in which the ceramic particles form aggregated particles and a content of the ceramic particles is in a range of 5 vol % or more and 60 vol % or less.
