The present disclosure relates to a novel pyruvate dehydrogenase variant, a polynucleotide encoding the pyruvate dehydrogenase variant, a microorganism of the genusproducing L-amino acid, which includes the pyruvate dehydrogenase variant, and a method for producing an L-amino acid using the microorganism.
