Abstract
Provided is a food cooking and/or heating appliance including an enclosure () including a reservoir () and a cover (), and a steam production device. The cover () is equipped with a steam expansion chamber () supplied with steam by the steam production device (). The steam expansion chamber () includes a containment wall () delimiting part of the enclosure () and the containment wall () can move in relation to the reservoir () when the cover () closes the enclosure ().
