Abstract
A domestic cooking appliance () comprising a means for receiving () bulk food items () and a heating means comprising a means () for generating an air flow (), wherein the means () for generating an air flow () comprises an air outlet () and an air inlet (). The device () also comprises a screen () which is disposed relative to the air outlet () and the air inlet () such that it is possible to force the air flow () to effect a movement to obviate the screen () in order to return to the air inlet () from the reception means () onwards.
