Abstract

As disclosed herein a method, executed by a computer, includes receiving, from a monitoring agent, a notification that an artifact corresponding to a deployed software image has been modified or the artifact has been referenced by a support application, and determining if the artifact is a relevant artifact and should be preserved. The method further includes determining an action corresponding to the relevant artifact to provide an identified action, and performing, prior to deploying a new software image, the identified action. A computer system, and a computer program product corresponding to the above method are also disclosed herein.
