A two-phase immersion-cooling heat-dissipation structure having skived fins includes an immersion-cooling substrate and a plurality of immersion-cooling fins. The immersion-cooling substrate has a top surface and a bottom surface that are opposite to each other, the bottom surface is used for contacting a heat-generating component immersed in a two-phase coolant, the top surface is connected with the plurality of immersion-cooling fins, the plurality of immersion-cooling fins include at least one skived fin integrally formed on the top surface of the immersion-cooling substrate, and the plurality of immersion-cooling fins are non-linearly arranged. A thickness of any one of the plurality of immersion-cooling fins ranges from 0.1 mm to 0.35 mm, a height of any one of the plurality of immersion-cooling fins ranges from 5 mm to 10 mm, and a gap between any two of the plurality of immersion-cooling fins ranges from 0.1 mm to 0.35 mm.

The two-phase immersion-type heat dissipation structure includes a heat dissipation substrate, and a plurality of fins. The heat dissipation substrate has a fin surface and a non-fin surface that face away from each other, the non-fin surface is configured to be in contact with a heat source immersed in a two-phase coolant, and the fin surface is connected with the fins. More than half of the fins are functional fins, and at least one side surface of each of the functional fins has first and second surfaces defined thereon and connected to each other. An angle between the first surface and the fin surface is from 80 degrees to 100 degrees, and an angle between the second surface and the fin surface is less than 75 degrees.

The first surface of the heat dissipation base is connected to the high-thermal-conductivity fins. Each of the high-porosity solid structure includes a plurality of closed holes and a plurality of open holes.

The plurality of reinforced fins are integrally formed on the first surface of the heat dissipation substrate, and a thickness of each of the plurality of reinforced fins is less than 1 mm. According to a scanning electron microscopy image of electron backscattered diffraction, a median of local misorientation distribution of the plurality of reinforced fins is greater than 1.6 times a median of local misorientation distribution of the heat dissipation substrate.

A two-phase immersion-type composite heat dissipation device is provided, which includes a heat dissipation substrate, a plurality of fins, and a surface porous layer. The heat dissipation substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is configured to be in contact with a heat source, and the second surface is opposite to the first surface and is distant from the heat source. A projection region of the heat dissipation substrate that corresponds to the heat source is defined as a high-temperature region, and a low-temperature region is defined at an outer periphery of the high-temperature region. The fins are opposite to the heat source, and are disposed within the high-temperature region of the second surface of the heat dissipation substrate. The surface porous layer is disposed within a range of the low-temperature region of the heat dissipation substrate.

If the intersection is not supported on the neighbor transection, a support frame is disposed on the location of the intersection between the transection and the neighbor transection. At last, all the transections are combined to produce a prototype diagram of the object.

The limiting structure constrains a stop structure so that a light incident side surface of the light guiding plate and the light bar remain separated at a predetermined interval. Thereby, the mount performs limitation to both of the light guiding plate and the optical film sheet.

A backlight component includes a back plate, a fastening module, a light source and a light-guiding plate. The fastening module includes a first plate, a second plate and a third plate. The first plate, the second plate and the third plate define a receiving space. The light source is securely assembled at one side of the second plate and facing toward the receiving space. The light-guiding plate is slidably assembled in the receiving space of the fastening module, and sandwiched between the first plate and the third plate. Accordingly, when the thickness of the light-guiding plate is changed, only the second plate of the fastening module need be changed; additionally, the length of the fastening module can be normalized to apply for display devices with different sizes. Consequently, the manufacturing cost of display devices can be reduced, and the fastening module is applicable to different kinds of display devices.

A display and a brightness adjusting method thereof are provided. In the method, an object located in front of a touch screen of the display is detected and a distance between the object and the touch screen is estimated and determined whether to be less than a first preset value. When the distance is less than the first preset value, the brightness of the touch screen is adjusted according to a light adjusting ratio in a brightness distribution curve. Then, time is accumulated after the brightness adjustment and when the accumulated time is over a second preset value, the brightness of the touch screen is resumed to original brightness.

Display and brightness adjusting method thereof

A display apparatus and an authorizing method thereof are provided. The display apparatus includes a display panel and at least one wireless communication module disposed behind the display panel. In the method, a frame is displayed on the display panel, and the at least one wireless communication module is used to communicate with the wireless communication apparatus so as to obtain authorization data. Each of the at least one wireless communication module is operated at a working frequency capable of penetrating through the display panel to communicate with the wireless communication apparatus. An authorization process related to a content of the frame is executed by using the received authorization data.
