This application discloses a one-time programmable memory cell, which includes one anti-fuse programmable transistor, one fuse, and two control transistors. One of a source end and a drain end of a first control transistor is connected to one of a source end and a drain end of the anti-fuse programmable transistor, and the other is connected to one of a source end and a drain end of a second control transistor and one end of the fuse. The other of the source end and the drain end of the second control transistor is connected to the ground. The one time programmable memory cell disclosed in this application can directly correct an error bit through reprogramming, can simplify circuit and layout design, requires a smaller layout area, and has higher reliability and safety.

One time programmable memory cell

A fuse programming unit, comprising: two efuse units and a mode control tube. The first efuse unit includes: one end of the first fuse forms the first end, and the second end is connected to the drain end of the first MOS. The first MOS source terminal is grounded, and the first word line formed by the gate terminal. The second efuse unit includes: the first end of the second fuse forms the second wire end, and the second end is connected to the drain end of the second MOS. The second MOS source terminal is grounded, and the gate terminal forms the second line. The source end of the mode control transistor is connected to the line end of the second efuse unit, the drain end is connected to the source end of the first MOS, and the gate end forms the correction end.

Fuse link programming cell, programming circuit, control circuit, and array

The disclosure discloses a layout structure of an eFuse unit, comprising pad, link, and shield, wherein: a pad is respectively disposed on both ends of the link in a length direction; the shield and the link are at the same metal layer; the shield comprises a plurality of independent metal wires; the plurality of independent metal wires are arranged on both sides of the link; the length of each independent metal wire is greater than the width thereof; and a length direction of each independent metal wire is perpendicular to the length direction of the link. The disclosure not only forms a barrier protection layer for preventing burst metal spraying from affecting other circuits, but also can prevent spayed metal from reflecting back and connecting to a broken link, so as to improve the programming reliability of the eFuse unit.

Layout structure of eFuse unit

A one-time programmable (OTP) memory cell is disclosed, which comprises an electric fuse structure, an anti-fuse transistor and a word select transistor. One end of the electric fuse structure is electrically connected to a gate of the anti-fuse transistor to form a first port of the OTP memory cell, the other end of the electric fuse structure is electrically connected to a source of the anti-fuse transistor and is connected to a drain of the word select transistor, and a gate and a source of the word select transistor form a second port and a third port of the OTP memory cell respectively. The operation method of the OTP memory cell has the capability of one-time correction, expanding the practicability of the OTP memory cell.

One-time programmable memory and an operation method thereof

The present application discloses a programmable memory, wherein an anti-fuse unit thereof is formed by adding an efuse between an anti-fuse programming transistor and a control transistor of a conventional anti-fuse unit such that the anti-fuse unit can be programmed twice, that is, normal programming can be implemented by breaking down a gate-source insulation layer of the anti-fuse programming transistor, and correction programming can be further implemented by fusing the efuse such that correction programming can be performed on a normal programming result, thereby changing a logical state of the normally programmed anti-fuse unit. For the programmable memory, a reprogramming method can be directly used to correct an error bit, thereby simplifying circuit and layout designs, resulting in a smaller layout area and higher reliability, increasing the applicability and flexibility, while retaining original features of reliable and safe data of the anti-fuse unit.

Programmable memory

A query handler may be configured to receive a query which is applicable against different combinations of a plurality of remote databases and a corresponding plurality of replica databases including at least some replicated data of respective ones of the remote databases, wherein the query arrives at a plurality of query arrival times and is executed at a plurality of query execution times. A replication manager may be configured to execute a synchronization plan for at least one selected replica database in which a selected synchronization timestamp of the at least one selected replica database is updated to a target synchronization timestamp, wherein the synchronization occurs during a synchronization processing time. A synchronization scheduler may be configured to schedule the synchronization plan to increase an information value of a query response, including selecting the target synchronization timestamp including relating the synchronization processing time to a selected query execution time.

Correlation aware synchronization for near real-time decision support

A query pattern handler may be configured to determine at least one query pattern to be matched against a stream of events, and may be configured to determine a plurality of run-time patterns representing active instances of the at least one query pattern which are currently available for matching, and which each include a plurality of states. An event scheduler may be configured to receive an event of the stream of events, the event associated with a current event set of the stream of events. A run-time pattern scheduler may be configured to determine a ranked set of the run-time patterns based on a priority metric which characterizes, for each run-time pattern, an advancement of each run-time pattern from a current state thereof when matched against the current event set. A pattern match evaluator may be configured to evaluate each run-time pattern of the ranked set, in turn, against the current event set.

Scheduling for fast response multi-pattern matching over streaming events

Information-based decision support may be provided by a query handler configured to receive a query which is applicable against different combinations of a plurality of remote databases and a corresponding plurality of replica databases including at least some replicated data of respective ones of the remote databases, wherein each replica database is synchronized with a corresponding remote database at a plurality of synchronization times and the different combinations include future versions of the replica databases defined by corresponding synchronization times. A query plan generator may be configured to determine information values associated with at least a subset of the different combinations, based on a query value associated with the query and on a diminishment of the query value caused by a corresponding combination, and further configured to generate, based on the information values, a query plan including at least one combination of the different combinations for executing the query therewith.

Information value-driven near real-time decision support

Data stream query mediation may utilize a query handler configured to receive a query from a stream application to be applied against a stream of data including multiple tuples representing events. A stream window manager may be configured to express the query in a specification which defines a window including a subset of the tuples, the specification defining content of the window as a range of the tuples having a range attribute over which the content is specified, defining when to update the window using a synchronization attribute specifying a movement of the window over time with respect to the content, and defining an evaluation of the content of the window using an evaluation attribute specifying when to perform the evaluation. A query translator may be configured to translate the query including mapping the range attribute, the synchronization attribute, and the evaluation attribute to a stream processing language of a data stream management system (DSMS), to thereby obtain a translated query. A DSMS mediator may be configured to provide the translated query to the DSMS for processing therewith.
