Methods, systems, and devices are described for providing mobile device transaction approvals utilizing multiple forms of tender. An identifier of a mobile device and a request for a transaction authorization may be transmitted from a mobile device and received at a payment authority system. The payment authority system may generate a payment code for transmission to the mobile device. The payment code may be provided to a point of sale (POS) system. The POS system may transmit a transaction amount, an identifier of a merchant, and the payment code to the payment authority system. A number of forms of tender may be applied to the transaction amount. The payment authority system may generate a unified approval code applying the multiple forms of tender to the transaction. The unified approval code may be transmitted to the POS system and applied to a transaction.

Mobile device authorization system for concurrent submission of multiple tender types

A system and method for distributing incentives via mobile devices is described. One embodiment, a computer-server-based method, receives a request from a merchant to generate an incentive which incentive is funded and initiated by the merchant, receives the incentive, associates the incentive with a recipient's phone number, and transmits a notification of the incentive to a mobile device associated with the recipient's phone number, the computer server acting as a server-side wallet for the incentive, the incentive being usable, through interaction with the computer server, by the recipient for the purchase of goods or services from the merchant associated with the incentive.

System and method for distributing mobile compensation and incentives

Systems, methods, and devices are disclosed which allow a mobile device user to complete financial transactions even when the mobile device is not connected to a wireless network. The systems, methods, and devices of the present disclosure may utilizing a combination of an encrypted lockbox containing out of network payment codes on the mobile device and a matching set of out of network payment codes stored on a server of a payment authority.

Systems and methods for secure wireless payment transactions when a wireless network is unavailable

An apparatus and method provides for the scheduling and broadcast of commercials and other information during transmission of multimedia information over a data network. Demographic information is gathered with regards to potential viewers of the broadcast. Through use of this demographic information, during designated commercial breaks during broadcasts of the audio or video information, advertising information can be broadcast to individuals based on the demographic information. The system includes a number of databases which correlate the broadcast schedule with the available commercials for transmission over the data network.

Method and apparatus for broadcasting information over a network

A method for authenticating access by a user to non-natively secured applications intended for use in cooperation with an operating system having a native security system. A profile is assigned to the user which defines the user's access rights to the non-natively secured applications. At least one datastore is provided in communication with the operating system for storing the user's profile relating to each of the non-natively secured applications, including an access control list defining authorized users and a set of pooled accounts authenticated for access to the respective non-natively secured application. The user's profile is compared with the access control list for the selected non-natively secured application to determine if a user is valid for the request. If the user is valid for the request, an available account is assigned to the user as the user's virtual identity, account data is forwarded to a launcher application, and a audit record is written to map the user to the assigned account and thus the non-natively secured application.
