Disclosed are a device and method for measuring fluorescence signal in multi-illumination mode and use of the method. An excitation light is modulated on an illumination excitation light path, to generates excitation illumination patterns at different phases on a sample after passing through an objective lens; a high-speed switching device is arranged on a fluorescence collection light path to switch the position of a fluorescence image of the sample on a target plane of a photoelectric sensor, and a plurality of sub-images can be simultaneously obtained after one exposure through synchronous operation of multi-illumination excitation light paths and fluorescence imaging light paths, which correspond to fluorescence signals in a plurality of illumination modes.

A low-to-medium maturity shale oil extraction system based on curtailed power heating includes a transmission line with an input terminal electrically connected to curtailed power from a wind and PV power generation base and an output terminal electrically connected to an input terminal of a surface control platform, where downhole electric heaters are located inside a heating well; the heating well penetrates through an upper sealing layer and is located in a reservoir; downhole temperature and pressure monitoring controllers are provided in the heating well; the downhole temperature and pressure monitoring controller is electrically connected to the downhole electric heater; and a production well penetrates through the upper sealing layer and is located at a side of the heating well adjacent to the ground in the reservoir. The system avoids resource waste caused by power curtailment, enhances energy utilization efficiency, and improves the mobility and recoverability of shale oil.

Low-to-medium maturity shale oil extraction system based on curtailed power heating

The present disclosure relates to a method for detecting the contents of whey protein and casein, and/or the ratio thereof in milk powder by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. According to the method of the present disclosure, the characteristic peptide segments of whey protein and casein are selected and used for correction, and thus the accuracy and stability of detection of peptide segments by mass spectrometry using external standards are improved; in addition, the method of the present disclosure has the following advantages: easy to pretreat samples, low cost, a wide range of applicability, enable to perform quantitative detection of whey protein at one time, not affected by protein denaturation in the production process, no need to synthesize isotope internal standard, and avoiding influence of ionization efficiency and matrix in mass spectrometry detection by means of their own multiple characteristic peptide segment ratios.

Method for detecting contents of whey protein and casein, and/or ratio thereof in milk powder

Disclosed are dentifrice compositions comprising in a single phase: (a) from about 0.1% to about 30% of one or more linear polyphosphates having an average chain length of about 4 or more; (b) an ionic active ingredient selected from the group consisting of a fluoride ion source, a stannous ion source, a zinc ion source, a copper ion source and mixtures thereof, wherein the ionic active ingredient is present as a solid dispersion in the composition and delivers and effective amount of ionic active when solubilized; (c) a binder system comprised of (i) from about 0.05% to about 3% of a thickening agent selected from the group consisting of polysaccharides, carbomers, poloxamers, modified celluloses, and mixtures thereof; and (ii) from about 0.1% to about 70% of at least one humectant; wherein the dentifrice composition has a total water content of less than about 10%. Further disclosed are methods for stabilizing dentifrice compositions by providing such a binder system.
