Provided is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet including a resin layer on a substrate or a release material, at least a surface (&#x3b1;) of the resin layer on the side opposite to the side thereof on which the substrate or the release material is provided having pressure sensitive adhesiveness, wherein a concave portion and plural flat faces having an irregular shape exist in a region (Dc) surrounded by an arbitrarily predetermined circle on the surface (&#x3b1;) of the resin layer; and with respect to one or more flat faces (S) among the plural flat faces, the one or more flat faces (S) excluding flat faces having a cumulative relative frequency of 30% or less determined by adding the relative frequency from the respective flat faces with a smaller area, an rvalue of the flat faces (S) calculated from specified operations is 0.60 or less.

Adhesive sheet and adhesive sheet production method

A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, containing a resin layer provided on a substrate or a release material. The resin layer includes a resin part (X) containing as a main component a hydrocarbon resin, and a particle part (Y) consisting of fine particles containing silica particles. At least a surface (&#x3b1;) of the resin layer opposite to the side of the substrate or the release material has pressure sensitive adhesiveness. The resin layer contains a multilayer structure having a layer (X&#x3b1;) and a layer (Y) in this order in the thickness direction from the side of the surface (&#x3b1;). An intensity ratio in the layer (X&#x3b1;) is less than 0.10, and an intensity ratio in the layer (Y) is 0.10 or more. The surface (&#x3b1;) has concave portions of irregular shapes.

Adhesive sheet

A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet including, on a substrate or a release material, a resin layer including a resin part (X) containing a resin as a main component, and a particle part (Y) consisting of fine particles and having a surface (&#x3b1;) having pressure sensitive adhesiveness and one or more concave portions. When the surface (&#x3b1;) of the resin layer is adhered to a smooth surface of a light transmissive adherend to give a laminate, the areal ratio (S) of the attached area adhered to the smooth surface to the surface (&#x3b1;) is 10 to 95% at 23&#xb0; C. and 50% RH, and the area increase rate {[(S&#x2212;S)/S]&#xd7;100} is &#x2212;10 to 20% after heating of the smooth surface by statically leaving the laminate at 80&#xb0; C. for 30 minutes.

Adhesive sheet and method for producing same

The present invention is a paint coat-protecting removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a base sheet, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is provided on the base sheet, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer being formed of an emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that includes an emulsion of an ethylene-vinyl carboxylate copolymer as a main component. The present invention provides a paint coat-protecting removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that does not cause swelling, whitening, and adhesive transfer even when the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is attached to the surface of a paint coat that has not been sufficiently dried (i.e., contains a small amount of solvent) or has not been sufficiently cured after drying, and removed from the paint coat.
